Every project starts the same way: a free inspection of your property led by one of the owners of Firebirds.

With 30 years combined experience in the roofing industry, every inspection is handled between either Jonathan or Rick.

The goal of the inspection is to determine project scope, cost, and timeline.

Following the inspection, you will receive a diagnostic report via email. Within the report are photos, condition analysis, remaining life estimate, and itemized issues. Included will be multiple recommendations at different price points, meeting you where your budget is. Financing is available for many services.

Attaining permits is handled by Firebird, and in the state of Florida the process takes anywhere from a week to two months depending on the municipality. That being said, we do everything we can to move the project along on a timeline that works for you.

Throughout construction, mid-project inspections are performed by municipal building inspectors. These inspections are brief and sometimes performed remotely for efficiency, sometimes taking as little as 20 minutes. Firebird maintains relationships with building inspectors all over the state of Florida, who are familiar with the quality of the work we deliver.

In addition to this, cleanliness is maintained throughout the project. Every day of construction ends with a full cleanup of the space.

There are two final inspections, one performed by Firebird, and then again with the municipal building inspector. Once we get the sign-off and certificate of completion, the warranty is issued.
